Return/Refund Policy

At Curerest, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Here’s how it works:

Money-Back Guarantee Conditions:

  • 30-day return window from the date of receipt.

  • If the product is unused, new, and in original condition with all accessories intact, you’ll receive a full refund.

  • If the product has been used, a $40 restocking fee will be applied due to hygiene risks that prevent us from reselling the item. The remainder of the purchase amount will be refunded.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

  • Free returns shipping within Australia for products returned in re-sellable condition.

  • Return shipping for all other returns is at the customer’s expense.

How to Return for a Refund:

  1. Email us at info@curerest.com with your order number, order email, and billing postcode.

  2. Once we receive your return request, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.

Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refund Process:

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note, it may take time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.

If 15 business days pass after your return is approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges:

To exchange an item, we recommend returning it for a refund and then making a separate purchase for the new item.
