WHAT IS RED LIGHT THERAPY?

Our products are external and made with natural, gentle ingredients. While many find them safe to use, we recommend checking with your doctor before adding anything new to your routine during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

For maximum benefits, we recommend making Curerest a consistent part of your routine. Daily use will give you the fastest, most noticeable improvements, but using it at least 3–5 times a week is enough to support a healthier scalp and stronger, fuller-looking hair over time.

All orders are shipped from our Adelaide warehouse. We aim to dispatch within 24–48 hours on standard business days.

Available for an additional cost, with delivery in 1–4 business days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia. All orders are dispatched from our Adelaide warehouse. International shipping isn’t available just yet, but it’s something we’re working on for the future.
ORDERING & PAYMENTS
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel’s journey in real time.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch. If you can’t see updates right away, don’t worry, it just means your parcel is still being processed by the courier.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
We understand that sometimes plans change. However, because all orders are processed quickly once placed, we unfortunately cannot offer cancellations or returns for change of mind.
If you do wish to proceed with a cancellation, please note that a $35 cancellation fee will apply. This fee helps cover the costs of order processing, packaging, and administration already completed by the time your cancellation request is received.
For this reason, we encourage you to double-check your order details carefully before completing checkout to ensure everything is correct. If you have any questions or concerns, our team is always happy to assist before you place your order.
I MADE A MISTAKE ON MY ORDER. CAN I CHANGE IT?
We understand mistakes happen! If you notice an error on your order (such as the wrong item, quantity, or delivery address), please reach out to us as soon as possible at info@curerest.com.
Our team will do our best to update your order if it hasn’t been processed yet. Once your order has been packed or shipped, unfortunately, we can’t make changes. In this case, standard return or cancellation policies will apply.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
CAN I RETURN OR CANCEL MY ORDER IF I CHANGE MY MIND?
We know things happen, but unfortunately we don’t offer returns or cancellations for change of mind. Once an order is placed, it goes straight into processing at our Adelaide warehouse. If you do need to cancel, a $35 handling fee applies.
CAN I RETURN AN UNUSED ITEM?
Yes. If your item is completely unused, in its original packaging and condition, and you contact us within 30 days of purchase, we’ll happily arrange a return for you. Please keep in mind that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a tracked service so it arrives safely back to us.

Healthy hair growth takes time, and consistency is key. But if after 60 days of regular use you don’t see the results you expected, we’ve got you covered. Our 60-day money-back guarantee means you can request a refund within 90 days of purchase. Simply email us with your order details and experience, and our team will guide you through the next steps.
MY PRODUCT(S) CAME DAMAGED, FAULTY, OR INCORRECT. WHAT CAN I DO?
Oh no, we’re so sorry! Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and send clear photos or videos of the issue and packaging. Hold onto the item (don’t throw it away) until we’ve confirmed next steps. If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right with a replacement at no cost to you.
