While we don’t offer cancellations for change of mind, we understand things don’t always go to plan. If your item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and your request is made within 30 days of purchase, we’re happy to help you with a return.

If you have used Curescalp regularly for the full 90 days and have not noticed an improvement in your scalp health or hair growth, you may apply for a results-based refund.
To request a results-based refund:

- A brief summary of your experience
- Before and after photos (recommended to support your claim)

Eligibility:
To qualify for this guarantee:
- The product must be purchased directly from curerest.com
- The device must be used consistently as directed (3–5 times per week for approximately 10 minutes per session)
- The full 90-day trial period must be completed before a refund request is submitted
- Refund requests must be made within 10 days after completing the 90-day trial
- Proof of consistent use may be requested
- The device must be returned in working condition
This guarantee is designed for customers who have genuinely trialled the device and did not see results.
It does not apply to change-of-mind purchases.
Received the Wrong or a Faulty Item?

POLICY RETURN DEADLINE:
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Items with obvious signs of use. Any item not in its original condition is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error and any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will be deemed as non-returnable items.
RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please use the Contact Us the top of the page and send us an email. We will reply within 24 hours of hearing from you.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by clicking the contact us at the top of this page. We make sure to answer all emails within a 24 hour timeframe.
SHIPPING:
To return your product please email us for instructions we will answer your email within 24 hours. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
